April 11, international date of the pink day. This day was created to raise awareness and counter homophobia, transphobia and all other forms of discrimination.

It all started in Nova Scotia, when a homosexual high school boy was intimidated because he was wearing a pink sweater at school. Two students witnessing the scene and decided to buy and distribute pink t-shirt a few days later in the purpose that all the students of the school wear these T-shirt as a sign of solidarity and awareness.

For the occasion, I decided that I would put on my pink suit. This suit if from Marciano last season, but we found some alternative for you that look fabulous.

’The message was clear: anyone can bully, bullying can victimize any, but together we can stop it.’’

I truly think that there is no better outfit than a suit for an important business meeting. The power and the confidence that it gave you can be a strong asset. What a better way to feminize this classic than a pink suit., with beautiful high heels. Perfect for this day against discrimination and also for all other days of the year. There are multiple options you can choose depending on the environment where you work from a little beige-pink touch to a more pinky-pinky one.

A black hand-purse is also the ideal if you have drinks after work, professional and cute. I love my Michael Kors hand-purse, classic and so practical. For a girl night out or for some drinks, this black pocket is almost always on my night look. See some black hand-pocket below.

Be confident, be adventurous, Dare the pink suit…
