Who said that business clothes should be boring and have no punch. Summer has just begun, it’s time to bring back pastel colored shirts and light colored pants. I always had a little something for the blue and beige combo, and what a better way than to accompany it with a piece of jewelry.

Pearl necklaces have existed for quite a long time, already in the Egyptian period: around 2,400 BC, pearl necklaces were made of glass paste. Later, in the Renaissance period, we saw men wearing large pearl necklaces; the Duke of Buckingham in the 17th century is a good example. Later on, Coco Chanel reinvented the pearl necklace with its long multi-layered necklaces. I literally fell for this necklace from Marciano that offers the pearls in a modern version, closer to neck.
